Sticky Bun Kugel

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Pound Broad Noodles
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Package Pecan Halves
1 Stick Butter
4 Eggs
3/4 Stick Butter
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Sugar
Raisins


Melt 1 stick of butter and mix in brown sugar. Mash this into Bundt pan, coating up sides as far as possible. Place nuts into mixture. Put pan in refrigerator to harden.

Beat eggs, butter, cinnamon and sugar. Mix together with cooked noodles. Add raisins.

Put into Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, loosen edges, and invert. Cool 10 minutes and serve.

This can be frozen. Defrost half way and reheat for 25 minutes.
