6 ripe bananas
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Peel bananas and cut into 10 slices each. Pour juice into a shallow bowl and coat each banana chunk with juice. Roll bananas in coconut. Spread each with a fancy pick and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Makes 60 snacks.
