Mini/Mickie Party Cupcakes
Use your favorite cake mix and follow directions to make cupcakes. (wrap and freeze extras) cool completely then decorate with a scoop of ice cream for head. Use oreos or other cookies for ears, candy pieces (like red hots) for eyes. String licorice for wiskers etc. These are fun, just don't do it when it is too hot! melt melt melt!
