Mock Strawberry Cheesecake Treat
3 T. fat-free whipped topping
2 T. reduced-fat cream cheese
Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. chopped fresh strawberries
1 graham cracker square (2-1/2-in. x 2-1/2-in.), crumbled
In a small dessert dish, combine the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Stir in strawberries; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
