Nonfat Ice Cream
3 oz. instant pudding (any flavor)
16 oz. frozen nondairy coffee creamer
1/2 (9 oz.) whipped nondairy topping
Mix instant pudding with coffee creamer. Freeze until solid. Remove from freezer and whip until mushy and fold into mixture of whipped topping. Return to freezer about another hour. Serve.
Makes slightly less than 1/2 gallon.
