Tofu Fruit Smoothies

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup white grape juice
1 TBSP honey
1 firm ripe banana peeld and diced
1 (12.3 ounce ) pkg of light silken tofu such as Mori-Nu


Place all ingredients in a blender and process untill smooth. 3 servings
