Fettucine Alfredo Sauce
1 stick butter
3 cartons coffee cream
4 oz. parmesan, grated
Combine all ingredients in saucepan before turning on heat. At medium heat dissolve all ingredients. Stirring constantly!! Turn heat to med. low and continue to stir until sauce thickens and begins to boil.
Cook noodles during or after preparing sauce. Strain noodles. Pour sauce over noodles and toss. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley leaves.
Can add a little salt and pepper if you want.
