Quick Fruit Dip

Quick Fruit Dip 
9 cal/tbsp 

1 (8 ounce) carton yogurt
3 tbl. low-calorie strawberry jam
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon


Combine all ingredients;chill. Serve with chilled fruit dippers: seedless
green grapes, apple wedges, cantloupe or honeydew balls or pinneapple chunks.

Makes 1 1/4 cups
