Alfalfa Sprout Salad

1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup chicken, cooked, skinned and diced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup green peppers, diced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
6 pita rounds


Place all ingredients, except pita rounds, in a bowl and toss together. Cut pitas in half and fill.

Serves 6.
