Soup: One Point Velveeta Soup

a Weight Watchers Recipe
One Point Velveeta Soup

3 cans of fat-free chicken broth
2 bags of California vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
10 oz of lite Velveeta cheese


Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add vegetables until cooked soft (or your desired tenderness.) Add can of Rotel tomatoes. Add Velveeta cheese Bring to boil and when cheese is melted it is ready to serve.
