1 pound fresh green beans, stems removed
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon apple juice
1 teaspoon honey mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Steam green beans in a steamer basket for 5 minutes, or until tender. Transfer to serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Add to beans and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
