Glazed Sweet Potatoes

1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2 in slices
1 Tablespoon corn starch
3/4 cup orange juice
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice


Preheat oven to 425 degrees Spray a 1 quart casserole with cooking spray.

Place prepared potatoes in casserole. Combine corn starch and remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over potatoes. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.

This makes 5 servings and is 2 points per serving.
