Beach Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup or balsamic vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 scallions, chopped
1 large clove garlic, sliced
pepper to taste
Combine the soy sauce, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, scallions garlic and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Marinate meat (London Broil) from 2 to 12 hours.
