Steak and Ale Hawaiian Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup sherry ("real" sherry wine, not cooking sherry)
2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
(optional - 1/2 T. MSG such as Accent)


Marinate chicken pieces for 36-72 hours.
