Ginger Lime Marinade

Ginger Lime Marinade 

1 cup soy sauce 
2/3 cup honey 
2/3 cup oil 
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 
3 garlic cloves (crushed) 
1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger 
juice of two limes 


Place ingredients in a blender and mix until emulsified. Marinate as 
follows: 

Shrimp - 1/2 hour 
Chicken - 6 hours
Beef or Pork - 24 hours.
