1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup veg. oil
1 teas. dry mustard
1 tables. brown sugar
2 teas. ground ginger
1 teas. garlic salt
1/4 teas. ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for five minutes.
Let cool. Marinade meat or chicken for at least one hour in refrigerator.
Skewer and use the rest for basting while grilling.
