Jerky Marinade
1/2 tsp. salt
1/ tsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf, broken
1 tsp. Accent (MSG)
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
Mix all ingredients and pour into a gallon size ziploc bag with sliced meat and marinate, turning every so often, 24 hrs. in fridge.
Amount is for 1 1/2 lbs. meat.
