Beef Kabob Marinade

2 pounds sirloin tip or chuck roast, cut in 2-inch cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tespoon pepper
1 large onion
1 large tomatoe
1 large bell pepper
Combine soy sauce, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and marinate meat in
refrigerator 3-4 hours or overnight.
Alternate meat, piece of onion,pepper and tomatoe, no particular order, on
skewers.
Cook on pit, bast frequently with marinade.
