Marinade for Skirt Steak or Brisket

2 fresh limes
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. garlic powder or 2
cloves, minced
1/4 c. lemon juice


Place meat in glass pan. Cut limes in half and rub vigorously onto both sides of meat. Squeeze remaining juice on meat. Pour remaining ingredients over meat. Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once. Before grilling, leave meat at room temperature for 30 minutes. Use marinade for basting.
