California White Marinade
Servings: enough for about 3 lb. meat
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs dry mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 TB parsley
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup lemon juice
3# pork, chicken or beef
Stir together all ingredients, and put in a large plastic bag with meat.
Refrigerate overnight, or at least 5 hours, mixing occasionally and flipping over to be sure the meat marinates evenly.
Grilling is the recommended cooking method.
