Marinated Shrimp
  3 lb boiled shrimp (shelled) 
  1 large bottle of Italian salad dressing 
  1 onion sliced real thin in rings 
  2 cloves garlic, sliced thin 
  2 tbsp sugar 
  1/2 bell pepper sliced very thin 
Combine all ingredients in a sealable jar or bowl.
 
Place in a refridgerator and two or three times a day shake the bowl to coat shrimp.
 
Marinate three or four days and when ready to serve place on 
tray with the onions and peppers.
