Orange-Jalapeno Glaze

1 tablespoon chili powder 
2 teaspoons ground cumin 
1 cup orange marmalade 
2 tablespoons lime juice 
2 large or 3 small jalapeno peppers (about 1/3 cup) -- minced, not seeded 
1 teaspoon salt 

In small pan, over low heat, stir chili powder and cumin about 2 min. or 
until lightly toasted and fragrant; transfer to small bowl. Add marmalade, 
lime juice, jalapeno and salt; stir together thoroughly. Makes 1-1/4 cups 

per tbl= 45 cal, o g pro, 12 g carb, 0 g fat, 0 mg chol, 113 mg sod
