Tuna Marinade
1 cup Wishbone Italian Dressing
1/2 cup teriyaki Sauce
Mix together.
Place tuna steak in a ziploc bag and add marinade. Refrigerate.
Grill over preheated coals, basting with additional marinade.
Tuna Rub
1 TBSP. ground ginger
1 TBSP. coarsely ground black pepper
3 TBSP. sesame seeds
1 tsp. kosher salt.
Combine all ingredients.
Rub on both sides of tuna steaks and pan sear in skillet with sesame oil.
