Seafood: Salmon Marinade

Salmon Marinade

1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
sprinkle of liquid mesquite smoke
salt
pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. canola oil
splash of lemon juice


Mix together well. Apply liberally all over the salmon filet including a little on the skin underneath.
Let sit for a few minutes, it's not necessary to marinade a long time unless you want to.

Then place filet on a pre-heated GForeman grill and cook until done. This was 4 minutes for me.
