Tangy Vietnamese Style Marinade

2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 shallots, minced
1/4 cup peanut oil
3 Tbsp. fish sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. bouillon powder
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add the preferred meat to marinate. Serving size: 3/4 cup.
