Wine Marinade

Wine Marinade

1 cup wine (white for poultry, red for other meats) 
1 cup olive oil 
2 or 3 cloves garlic, split 
2 tea. dried herbs, such as rosemary, thyme and marjoram 
1/4 cup chopped parsley 
1/2 tea. freshly ground pepper 


Mix all together. 

To Vary: worcestershire, chopped onion, tarragon, lemon juice, soy sauce are all things that add
flavor to marinades.
