Found in "The World's Worst Cookbook" by Mike D. Nelson. This is a real cookbook, but I suggest you do not try this at home:

Beef and Buttermilk Pancakes

1 Cup buttermilk pancake mix
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups finely cut beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
salt, pepper to taste

Place the pancake mix in a bowl. Add the egg, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until the mixture is almost smooth, then stir in the meat and onion.

Grease a 7-inch skillet with butter. Pour enough pancake mixture to cover the bottom of the pan.

Cook until the underside is golden, then turn and cook the other side.

Re-Grease the pan each time. Maks 6-8 of the worst, chewy pancakes you have never before eaten. Serve with syrup or ketchup.
