BBQ Beef Brisket

5 to 7 pound brisket
2/3 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Trim fat from brisket. Place brisket in oven cooking bag. Mix all ingredients well and spread on both sides of meat. Pour remaining sauce over meat. Seal bag. Refrigerate and let marinate over night.

Bake 6 to 8 hours at 225 degrees.
