Oven-Barbecued Brisket a la San Angelo

1 brisket, 5 or 6 lb., trimmed
Worcestershire sauce
celery salt
onion salt
lemon pepper
galic season-all
liquid smoke
teriyaki sauce
BBQ sauce, your choice


Sprinkle meat with seasonings to taste. Marinate in refrigerator over night.

Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 250 for 5 hours. Remove foil, spread with BBQ sauce and cook for 1 additional hour, uncovered. Cool and slice.

Freezes well.
