Ranch Style Brisket

1 large beef brisket, trimmed
3 bottles Figaro Hickory Liquid Smoke


Pierce several holes in brisket with a fork. Place in a plastic bag and pour on the liquid smoke. Tie bag and place in sink to marinate for 3 to 12 hours or over night.

When ready to cook, remove from bag and place in a cooling pan fat side up. Place the pan on the middle rack of the oven at 275 for 6 hours. Cook until tender and slices easily.
