Beef Stroganoff
1 1/2 lbs. Round steak, cut in thin strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. flour
1/4 cup butter
1 onion, sliced thin
1/4 LB. mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can beef bouillon (10 oz.)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, and flour. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add meat, saute until browned and set aside. Return beef to pan, and add the bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover skillet and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
Stir in sour cream, and cook 5 minutes or until heated through. Do not boil. Serve with rice or noodles.
