Bubble Pizza
from Pilsbury

1 pound of lean ground beef
1 packet (1.25oz.) taco seasoning
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
3/4 cup of water
1 small can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 small can of diced green chilies, drained
1 (1lb 1.3 oz.) can of Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits or 1 (1lb.1.3oz.) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Dinner Rolls
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning, soup and water. Mix well, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add olives and green chiles.

Separate the dough into the 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Drop biscuits into the meat mixture and stir gently to coat. Spread mixture into an ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and top with 2 cups of cheese. Place back in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Let stand a few minutes. Cut into 8 squares.

You may serve it plain or top it with:
Salsa
chopped tomatoes
chopped onion
sour cream
black olives
shredded lettuce
