Beef Burgundy
2 pounds Beef chunked (as in stew)
1 Tbl. kitchen bouquet
1/4 cup cream of rice
4 carrots, chunked
2 cups sliced onions
1 cup celery
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms with liquid
1 cup red wine
1 clove garlic
Mix all ingredirnts together and cover with a tight lid. Cook for 3 hours at 325 deg. Serve over noodles or rice.
