Coke Brisket

1 beef brisket, trim and wipe dry
1 package Lipton dry onion soup mix
1/2 bottle ketchup
1 (12 oz.) can coca cola
seasoned salt
Cover brisket with dry onion soup mix and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
When brown lower to 325 degrees and cover with ketchup and coke.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt and cover tightly for 2 hours. Baste occasionally.
Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
Slice thin and cook or reheat in juices. This can be frozen and stays well.
