Company Cube Steaks

1 small cube steak, per person
1 small jar stuffed green olives, sliced
1 to 2 dill pickles, chopped
flour to coat cube steak
1/2 to 1 c. hot water
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1 1/2 sticks butter


Cut steaks into bite-size pieces. (If they are too thick, pound thin.) Salt, pepper and garlic powder the pieces
of meat to taste. Flour each piece, thoroughly coating all sides.

Melt butter in saute pan and brown all sides of steak pieces until done. Add sliced green olives and dill pickles, sprinkling over the meat. Add hot water to make sauce. Cover and simmer until flavors mix and gravy is formed.
