Country Ribs

Dry Rub for Ribs (enough for 2 racks - 3 1/2 lbs. each)
2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
4 Tbsp. paprika


Mix all together and rub on all sides of ribs. Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees, meaty side up (this insures that the ribs will be fully cooked). Cook in smoker for 2 1/2 hours (this gets the true barbeque taste in!)
