Creamy Hamburger Stroganoff
1 lb hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup or any other creamy kind of soup
1 c sour cream
2 t dry mustard
4 T milk
salt & pepper, to taste
Brown hamburger in large skillet with onion and garlic. Drain out fat and add soup, sour cream, mustard and milk. Simmer for 5 min. Add salt and pepper , serve with any type of noodle or rice would even be good with perogies.
