Beef Crockpot: Perry Como Roast

Perry Como Roast

1 roast (chuck or whatever, 3 or 4 lbs. or more)
salt, pepper, Accent
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce per pound of meat
1/2 cup red wine, beef broth, or water
1 can or jar of mushroom stems and pieces


Season roast with salt, pepper, and Accent. Put in crockpot. Add everything else. No need to stir. Cook on low all day.

When you get home from work, stir and continue cooking while you make mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
