Sirloin Tip Roast in Crockpot
3 1/2 lb Sirloin Tip Roast (buy when on sale)
1 package dry Lipton onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Place roast in crockpot, sprinkle onion soup mix over roast and then golden mushroom soup. High setting 6-8 hours. Tender roast with gravy. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes and a healthful green vegetable.
