Deep Dish Taco Squares
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated cheddarella
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup cold water
2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
paprika
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and grease an 8 x 8 deep dish. Cook and drain beef. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddarella, and onions, set aside.
Mix Bisquick and water until a soft dough forms. Pat dough into bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan.
Spread cooked beef evenly over dough and then top with chopped tomatoes. Carefully spread sour cream mixture over the top of that and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake until the edges of the dough are lightly browned. About 30 minutes.
