EZ Pressure Cooker Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs. beef stew meat
1(10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's condensed French Onion Soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 envelope Knorr Peppercorn Sauce Mix
Black pepper to taste
Dash of garlic powder
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained


Bring the pressure up, put the weight on, and adjusted the heat until the weight was at a medium rock, and cook it for 18 minutes. Then run water over the pressure cooker for the quick release method.

Stir in: cornstarch dissolved in a bit of water for thickening.

After removing from the heat, stir in: 1 (8 oz.) container dairy sour cream.

Serve this over hot cooked egg noodles and presto.
