Goulash

"Hunky" Goulash

1+ lb Lean Ground Beef
1/2 medium Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
16 oz can Tomatoes, undrained
1/2 lb. Macaroni
1/2 tsp. each Paprika and Thyme
1/4 tsp. each Nutmeg and Cloves
10 oz. can Concentrated Beef Broth or Consomme
Water as needed
Salt and Pepper to taste


In a large deep skillet, brown the meat over medium-high heat. Drain and discard most of the grease, leaving 1 Tbs. and any of the meat particles in the skillet.

In the grease remaining in the skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until tender. Stir in all remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook for 20 -25 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
