Beef: Hickles Hash

Hickles Hash

1 small onion, chopped
3/4 to 1 pound lean ground beef
1 large can (2 to 3 cups) pork and beans


Saute onion in fry pan with small amount oil/butter or water until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned and crumbly. Add pork and beans and mix well with meat/onion, lower heat and stir until heated through. Garnish with catsup, if desired
