Hot Bubble Pizza
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 can pizza sauce blended with 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Stir in pizza sauce with red pepper flakes.
Quarter each biscuit (not baked) and place in greased 13x9 baking
dish.
Top cut biscuits with beef mixture and top with cheeses.
Bake in 400 degree oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before
serving.
