Linda’s Tacos
1 pound lean hamburger
1 chopped onion, red or white
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1/2 Cup chunky salsa
1 small tomato, diced
sliced black olives, optional
cumin, chile powder, garlic salt, to taste
To make a Burrito filling, add a can of refried beans to the hamburger mixture
Prefry corn tortillas in oil, salt them, as they are frying-drain while cooking meat filling. Fry up meat, onions, chiles, tomato, salsa, and olives, after meat is brown, cook on low, until mixture is thick. Spoon in taco shells, add cheese, lettuce, guacamole, or whatever .
