1/4 cup dark sesame oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tbl. blackstrap molasses
1/2 - 1 full bulb of garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
Mix all marinade ingredients in 1-gal. size plastic ziplock bag. Score london broil on both sides. Marinate meat
in bag overnight - the longer the better, but generally not more than 24 hours.
Cook london broil on outside grill - not in oven. The key is to still have some red in the meat when you remove it
from the grill, beause it will continue to cook as you slice it (against the grain please). The goal is to have some
degree of pink in the meat as it's served.
