Meatballs in Gravy

2 lbs. ground beef, chicken or turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs (little more if using poultry)
2 eggs (1 if using poultry)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
2 cans of beef, chicken or turkey gravy
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained


Mix together meat, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion and milk. Make walnut size meatballs and brown in small amount of oil.

In saucepan mix together two cans of gravy and 1/2 can of water, add drained mushrooms. Add browned meatballs and simmer for 1 hour.
