Party Meatloaf
3 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. minced onion
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 1/4 Tbsp. catsup
Combine ingredients in following order: ground beef, crumbs, egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, peanut butter, horseradish and catsup. Pack firmly into greased tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before unmold. Garnish with cinnamon apple rings, broiled peaches or onion rings. Slice and serve.
Makes about 16 to 20.
