Salsa Meatloaf

1 pound Ground Round
1 cup salsa, divided
2/3 cup soft whole wheat breadcrumbs
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp rubbed sage
1/4 tsp pepper
vegetable cooking spray


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine meat, 1/2 cup salsa, breadcrumbs, next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape mixture into a 6 X 4 inch loaf, and place rack in roasting pan.

Bake at 400 F for 55 minutes. Brush remaining 1/2 cup salsa over loaf, and bake 5 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
