1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
1/2 Pound Ground Veal
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Tomato Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
To Taste Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Basil
2 Small Onion -- Minced
1/2 Pound Mozzarella -- shredded
8 Thin Boiled Ham Slices -- lean


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, tomato juice, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and basil.

Saute onios in a little oil and add to meat mixture; mix well.

Turn out on sheet of foil; flatten into oblong, about 1-inch thick. Place ham slice on oblong, keeping them about 1-inch from edge. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Usr foil to fold meat mixture over ham and cheese, like a jelly roll. Seal all edges. Carefully turn into pan.

Bake for 60 to 75 minutes.
